Model United Nations in the Classroom
On August 6, 2008, in partnership with University Center for International Studies at the University of Pittsburgh, Executive director, Amy Langham presented a workshop on “Model United Nations in the Classroom.” Nine teachers from area high schools attended the professional development workshop. The teachers were provided with information about the history and structure of the United Nations. She also explained how to be a faculty advisor to MUN club/class in their respective high schools.
